Question about College
2. Do you think your extracurricular activities in college were worth the time you spent on them? Why or Why not?
  • I think my extracurricular activities were worth it, it helped me develop new skills and opportunities to learn to apply them. For example, I'm in a band where balance and teamwork must be present. If you let the ego take over, the music wont sound harmonious and really unpleasant to the ears. In the band one must learn to control one's ego to work with others also know your place when to play.
Question about Employers and Jobs
8. Why did you choose your particular field of work?
  • Cause I like working with numbers and knowing the value of each thing in this economy. Also how the quality of the object changes the numbers. Also when you have to make choices depending on what you know what's going on, using this skills to change the circumstances to a favorable one or to at least the least favorable one depending on the case.
Question about Work Experience and Expectations
16. Describe an experience in which you learned from one of your mistakes.
  • I believe that being direct would be much more effective than being sensible on the matter. When dealing with emotional sensitive people was hard the fact that you said some instructions in a direct matter and take it personally at the end they wont follow cause they are caught up by their emotions. So I learned to watch my tone and speech when speaking with someone I don't know.
Question about Work Habit
24. How do you feel about overtime work?
  • Depends, If I don't mind with what I'm work I can work overtime like it was something normal. In the health aspect, Working overtime is pushing yourself to work some more and everybody needs a rest. I've herd people die in working overtime in their lives cause they feel that they need to do so or they wont survive. Forgive me if I'm being direct. Working overtime it's OK if it doesn't happen a lot times.
