She start to discuss about the differences of social interaction offline and online, stating that there are some things that the online world gives us than the offline world which is more availability of social interaction than the outside world, Quid pro quo. In the real world there are social norms of conduct which doesn't really tolerate your freedom without being directly judged while online nobody really know who you are and you can say whatever you want. Which also comes in to play the customer and company interaction, what the customer demands the company will give, which satisfy the customer and increase the probability of them returning to buy some more. You tell what you want and I'll give what you want.
